IT IS POSSIBLE IF WE SHALL DARE
This is a newly revised version of the draft constitution that is attached to the book, Do Not Die In Their War. It has enjoyed the immense legal drafting capacities of Ralph Nwoke, Esq. and I own all the errors that you might find on studying it.
A new Nigeria is possible, and a nation might yet be birthed from the smoldering ruins of the Nigerian state, if we shall have succeeded in saving ourselves and our children, from the conflagration set upon us, by the evil contradictions of our current governance systems, and our myopic evil rulers.
Please read through, and let us also share in order to generate the necessary debates.
A new Nigeria is possible. An unwanted Nigeria has already been forced on us, one at variance with our collective aspirations and hopes. Why don’t we force a new Nigeria on them?
Why must it be the reaction that secession truly is?
Why can’t it be our own way?

PS. There was an ommission of the North Central region on the previous document, which has now been added on this day, 27 May, 2021.

Please sir, help me with a copy of this book, “Don’t die in their war’.
Thanks sir.
I really enjoy your objective contributions to the current affairs in our country, thank you so much, God bless you>
I`ve watched your interviews with Seun Okinbaloye on Channels TV and I think your have a clear cut ideas of the way Nigeria should go, because the present elites are don`t know what to do.
Reading your draft constitution, I saw that you are recommending a Parliamentary system of government. Let me applaud your 59page document vs. our curretly 500pages. When a constitution is too detailed, it stifles inititative and dynamism as situations change, because the constitution will not be able to grow with time. In Nigeria, Chairman and Managing Director do not work peacefully together as the chairman often sees themselves as managing director and the managing director often sees the chairman as the managing director. The presidential system is ideal and cost effective provided it is federal in nature. The problem in Nigeria is not that of a parliamentary vs. presidential system, it is the wrong impression of “three co-equal branches of government” and the impunity with which we trample over the rule of law in favor of a dictatorial democracy or militocracy. Good attempt and you display a solid understanding of how we move forward!
